TravelGo delivers across Bangladesh — inside Dhaka city and to all districts nationwide through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60 – ৳80
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120 – ৳150

Exact delivery charges are shown automatically at checkout based on your selected area before you confirm your order.

Delivery Timeline

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly during festivals, sale campaigns, or due to weather and courier delays beyond our control. We'll always try to keep you informed if there's an unusual delay.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can check its status anytime using the Track Order page with your order ID or the phone number used at checkout.

Failed or Missed Delivery

Our courier partner will attempt delivery and contact you using the phone number provided. Please keep your phone reachable around the expected delivery window. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
